What is the policy and procedure for archiving webinars?
Is there any cost for archiving?
Hi Chanika: we can look into whether or not there is a policy. We do suggest having all speakers/presenters sign a release form. Video Production Services is available to edit and post Zoom recordings to Media Central or you can post them to your own sites.
Yes, we already request the signed release form. We just don’t know the cost or policy for indefinite archiving
