@lorena: great question. Work with career services, do some informational interviews. Folks in an industry can look at your resume and know pretty quickly if it's communicating expertise, skills, and experience in the area of interest.

Also, it's **hard** to be impact/outcome oriented in CVs. It's hard for me to do it in my career! But when you do that on a CV, it shines.
